We have completed this project in 2024, consisting of three separate sections: the main building as a wooden-framed masonry structure, the annex, and a steel-frame glass enclosure. The structure, with a total gross construction area of 357 m², has been repurposed as a workplace, transforming this mansion-like building for commercial use.
