The building is situated on a 140 m² plot, with a footprint of 70 m². Originally constructed as a masonry structure using stone and wood materials, it reflects the architectural style of its period. During the restoration process we undertook, special care was taken to preserve the building’s authenticity, ensuring that its historical and structural integrity remained intact.
